Pls advice which model has PCI slot as I need for video capture
*
All the Mini PC don't have PCI slot and also impossible because this Mini PC is very very small which mostly just the size of your palm. If for PCIe requirement for Graphic Card, there is Latest Technology called THUNDERBOLT3 which can connect to external devices including external Graphic Card. There is also USB port to connect external USB TV, Video Capturing or other requirement.

Please refer to the 1st Post of the thread for latest updated price and also already listed which model got M.2 that uses PCIe NVMe and not PCI "PCI slot is 26 years very very old technology for big and bulky computer desktop"

We are selling Mini PC that is very very small and tiny which M.2 PCIe NVMe is NEW TECHNOLOGY for storage and not for Graphic Card, Video Capturing or anything else. For External Graphic Card it uses THUNDERBOLT3 and for other things like TV Card, Video Capturing and other devices it uses external USB Devices to connect.

Please google search to understand current or latest technology on PCIe NVMe, THUNDERBOLT3 and USB connected external devices. Thank You.

OK since obviously you have no clue what you are selling - I just purchased Hades Canyon from Lazada.
it HAS PCIe M.2 even the Bean Canyon has it but you are perhaps 3 years behind time to realise such technology exist.

You are talking on PCI not PCIe

We are just explain to you PCIe and not PCI. Your conversation clearly show you are talking on PCI and not PCIe.

The Full Name for M.2 Latest Technology is PCIe NVMe. There is no such named called M.2 PCI.

Your understanding got problem why blame on us.

Google Search and Wikipedia tells you the fact.

Yes, stupid in your own world. PCI slot.... Hahaha dumb question for making people stupid. lol.gif

Please call Intel Customer Service: 1-800-801-390 and ask your question "Pls advice which model has PCI slot as I need for video capture"

Of course the answer from all over the world is "No" because you're asking for PCI slot and not PCIe to PCI Converter". Just because of that, all the people in the world are stupid in your mind.

Thank you for changing the tone of this thread.

@Xnet really put me off replying to this thread. They owe the vendor an apology.

This vendor has been assisting me as an Intel Gold Partner for a resolution I have been experiencing issues with a NUC5i5RYH that they did not originally sell to me. The vendor was awesome trying to source a replacement board for me. They didn't have to do that but they did. They are getting my NUC business from now on.

As for your requirements, I would suggest:

INTEL NUC 7PJYH Barebone: RM738
2 X 4GB SODIMM DDR4 1.20V (LTW) RM220
Intel 545s 256GB SSD 2.5" SATA (5YW) RM250

You could save 100RM if chose 128GB SSD

This machine should do everything you have listed as requirements.

As an IT professional with over 20 years experience, you are choosing the best vendor in Malaysia.

I am not getting anything for this opinion.

Thank you for breaking the chain of negativity and stupidity of above member. They are the reason I used PM with vendor rather than posting in this forum.

HTH,

Dato

PS if you buy system as described above you can get Windows 10 Pro preinstalled for huge discount.
This is good vendor. Respect.

I'd like to get:

1x INTEL NUC 7PJYH Barebone
1x 4GB SODIMM DDR4 1.20V (LTW)
1x Intel 545s 128GB SSD 2.5" SATA (5YW)

So how much would be the total? What's usually the delivery time after the order is placed?

Also I'd love it if you guys could install the components and install Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS so I can just plug it in and get on my way as I want this only to run some Docker containers and PLEX.
