I'd like to get:

1x INTEL NUC 7PJYH Barebone
1x 4GB SODIMM DDR4 1.20V (LTW)
1x Intel 545s 128GB SSD 2.5" SATA (5YW)

So how much would be the total? What's usually the delivery time after the order is placed?

Also I'd love it if you guys could install the components and install Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS so I can just plug it in and get on my way as I want this only to run some Docker containers and PLEX.
