Estimate how many days take to send to KL ?
INTEL Malaysia is in Bayan Lepas, Penang not KL. You need to report/chat the problem first with Intel Customer Service Personnel as some of the problems can be solved online. Some user just anyhow make warranty claim where some is compatibility problems with the user components/devices/software or drivers issues.

That is why our component selling here are fully tested compatible with INTEL NUC.

Only WYKH variant, can have both.

We need to make sure the unit is Fully Functional as some beginner has the following problems:

• Broken the Antenna Cable as the cable placed too near to the screw holes. "Noobs Intel Production placing it to near"
(You can see we adjusted the antenna cable to prevent the above happen). Got 1 Case Happened.

• Default Factory BIOS got some bugs, cannot detect memory capacity & also got compatibility issues on some devices.
(Customer not familiar with updating BIOS will kill the machine).

• No Bootable Device to make installation.
(Customer don't have external optical drive or don't know how to make a Bootable USB Flash Drive)

• Didn't install the correct/needed drivers for the correct model of NUC as drivers are not given. Can only download from intel website. Some customer has slow internet connection, you will get frustrated in searching & downloading.

• Also some unknown problems by customer using their own component as it's not certified by me.

So, we advise customer to take complete package rather than barebone for saving few bucks which may face the above problems.
