Anyone uses DivX player? I used it, the video great, but the sound is fall behind. Any encoder to use? I use PocketDivXEncoder

update them either to Singapore or HK firmware. these 2 got chinese input. howerver there are some bugs in them.

for me, i need alarm badly. Singapore version has "increasing alarm" tone. HK version has consistent alarm sound (loudest) but the space bar shorcut to call out phone window in FO mode is not working.

the reason u got 2 firmware on the same phone is probably becoz someone flashed your phone for you so it has chinese input. however he dint flash it the 3rd time to completely change the firmware. Check if your firm status window, on the upper left corner got "square boxes" and jam wordings?
if got, then this is the confirm case.

1. SEMC VoIP Audio Enabler
2. SEMC VoIP Tele Enabler.

The problem with the Fring's download site is: it's hard to track the download links for these 2 plug-ins.
It only shows once, right before they showed you the "An SMS message was sent to your mobile number:..."

- without the keypad is there any way to set SILENT without goin thru the conventional way or quick SILENT mode e.g. long press C when keypad installed ........... thanks guys !

Errm... Not sure if this is consider "conventional way"... How abt from the ▲ > Volume > Silent Mode?

The current Fring requires that your Organizer/CDA (dunno which) ver. is R6D23.

So what I suspect is:
1. You installed Fring & its required components.
2. But Fring confused abt your ver. of Org/CDA, since your phone currently listed 2 lines for version.
3. So Fring cant work.

I guess your friend is right om this.

Hey guys...

I was using windows XP and PC Smart Suite 1.3.22 to sync previously and I have no issues with it. Now, my new lappy is using Vista Business and I installed the newest (1.3.22) PC Smart suite and sync using cable. It sync properly with my outlook 2003 the first time but after that, it can't sync anymore. It syncs normal but it just hangs there after a while... nothing is sync after that
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Outlook and PC Smart suite but this doesn't solve the issue...
Anyone can help me out? Thanks

just update ur phone. 1 of the firmware will disappear. in any case u lose ur chinese input, just pm me.

Recently I've bought my SE P990i. It comes with simplified chinese version. But after i upgrade the firmware to the newest version available at www.sonyericsson.com/support, my firmware become CDA 162007/2 R6E28 and it no longer support chinese language. If i'm not mistaken, my previous CDA is 162017/8 R1A08 and it's a double CDA. Seeking for help of getting back my older version of firmware or any other chinese language supported firmware. THX~~~

what can i do is sync the contact to windows mode. abit weird leh.. duno why.
SE didnt come out the Vista support. "-.-

Probably, but too much hassle to install it, need to sign it bla bla bla so I stick with SE own video player, not bad though. Unless you can show me tutorial or give the signed one

Even though I use W950, I don't use it's Walkman to play music as it can't play gapless between tracks, and too slow just to play music. I use LCG Jukebox, way better than Walkman, can play around with equalizer (even though I don't use it), change the color of the player, it sounds better too it's like Windows Media Player 11 vs. Foobar2000

Can you please elaborate on Windows mode? How did you manage to bypass and sync your phone?
