After a few email to n fro, CS mention that my transaction been rejected (bcoz i key the wrong banking account).

Now they proceed with the latest banking account.....

settle within half day.....

just waiting my money come (although not much n lucky i test it )

That's the purpose of IBG GIRO which tends to be more secured and slower.

surprise surprise, just got an email to activate i-access account. long last.

haha, i think some issues previously la with this FSM thing whereby we cannot have an i-access account.

so, i registered via allocate plus previously the ID is my email address. then back and forth the issue, last night CS called me and say they missed my initial transaction due to some problems and have proceed with the transaction. just now got email to register for i-access account via the website - chose new username and password.

so the account i registered with allocate plus, inside shows no transaction etc. the new account i just registered via i-access shows all the transactions, including my PRS that i bought from FSM. so yeap, really 1 month to settle. haha

true, i assume that would solve the issue with EPF i-invest as well. but too late since i thought couldn't settle and put money into principal instead.

Saw some of their Fund with good performance. Ini Quantum fund looks good too.

so confusing now. i guess should just ignore the initial account that i created. the support team has probably created an entirely new account for me (although they claim cannot previously due to FSM).
