Dear guests,
If you had to go hungry tonight due to us not being able to send out food, we offer you our sincere apology. We have disappointed you.

One of our most basic duty in running a restaurant is to feed those who seek food from us. And today we failed some of you. Due to the avalanche of orders that got backlogged on our delivery partner’s side, we were absolutely blind sighted by the amount of orders that came in past 730pm.

While we tried to fulfill as many orders as we can but time was just not on our side as we are expected to close by 8pm.

To everyone that had to go hungry because your order was cancelled, your anger is justified. We understand that you had young children and old family members who were waiting on food to be delivered. We are sorry to have failed you today.
Please pm us. We promise to do our best to make up for it.

To all the abang abang Riders, we’re sorry we made you wait for nothing. We are working closely with our delivery partners to understand why the technical glitch occurred and will work towards solving it.

Lastly, we wanna thank our Bangsar Geeks for trying their best to serve all the orders despite all odds. They were busy cooking while fielding calls from angry guests, unhappy riders and even had to answer to the police in the end.

Given the current MCO situation, we are thankful for the opportunities and support given by everyone. While we failed to fulfill some orders tonight, we’re truly remorseful and we promise to do better tomorrow.
