Main reason should be Perak used to be the richest state as the tin mines had the biggest production in the world.

Tin industry was like oil&gas, full of money. Ipoh was wealthy and prosperous.

After tin industry died, Perak was in depression. Youngsters cannot find decent jobs. Workers not willing to work more.

It's rich past and background further added to its woes and problems. Many of those families who made their fortune during the prime mining days all only wanted their strawberry generation children to study medicine and laws to take up white collar cozy professional jobs. There was little innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship spirit among the locals because of the laid back culture that shaped such outcomes.

That was why many of the youths decided to look for jobs outside the city.The retirees and senior citizens who made their money from the past are obsessed about their health with many medical centres being built in the state. Property glut is also a growing problem in the state, the rich would just hope to invest in shops rent them out and enjoy financial freedom for the rest of their lives not needing to work.

Just speculation, maybe ask intern do full time worker job then intern make mistakes then he butthurt go scold University.

I don't believe intern is 100% error free. For sure something will go wrong somewhere and the differences is just the losses amount if it's big or small only.

A lot of interns are actually really bad quality. Like, really garbage.

I've hired a lot of interns from KL area and I've had not one, not two, but at least four of them walk out on the first day of work without notice or even with notice.

The paperwork and back and forth with the colleges is the most annoying bit. Young people just hate being told what to do these days, or they hate doing menial and repetitive tasks.

I think the Youtuber "YOU ARE SPECIAL" or make it big influencers have convinced them that there is a shortcut to the high life.

Poor UTP students. But it's a welcome break from the constant bashing of UiTM students for once lol.

That is just the wording he used to take advantage of cheap labor, u do all my work, I teach you stuff. I get the pay, I belanja you makan peanut.

Not applicable for his situation only, the entire workforce is full of this kind of shit. Or the reverse , I don't know, you come teach me how to do, and do it for me, I get the pay , I call you mentor and you have my thanks.
