Purchased S21U at samsung website during pre order. Got a called on 4 Feb saying my phone delivery will be at next Monday. Stock is ready but shipment delayed due to courier issue.(not responsible and push all mistake to courier). I purchase many online items from China also delivered d... What kind of courier is that.
Many courier last day accept shipment on Monday and resume after CNY. The agent said hopefully can ship on time and delivered b4 cny.

Anyone here face the same issue? Should I be angry about it?

You should. But I am afraid you can't do anything about it. Due to MCO, almost all delivery services got delayed. Of course you can say this is just an excuse. But again, nothing you can do about it. Blame the pendemic...

Please dont rely in this single youtube. I watched many youtubes. Most said 888 almost same as Exynos ... sd865 still the best in term of stability and power saving. This youtube makes you scare, it said Exynos temperature spiked up to 68deg celcius. I am afraid he get the defect unit to test. Jerry passed the phone to him after tortured kut.

Actually based on my experience, I think they are not strict on the documents. Key is the IMEI pic, pre order key picture I think. Basically I used Court's delivery note and they approved it. Later then Courts sent me the official invoice... You better apply fast then check with the RMA team if they reject. Quota 10k though I doubt got so many people preorder.

They already emailed me back saying that my IMEI and Unique COde okay.. JUst the receipt/invoice not ok. I took a snapshot of the ipay88 receipt... they rejected.. then asked me to reupload again, so i used the order acknowledgement from Samsung when you pre-order and they send you that email. See if they reject again, anyway... i have emailed that email you provided and asked them to hurry the f up for my invoice...

I think there might be an issue with how Antutu reports the CPU temperature. I installed it on my S21 and sure enough the temperature was about 52 celcius but the phone feels normal. I didn't even use it much before installing antutu.

Then I put the darn thing in the fridge like the video for 10 mins and the temperature is still around 50 celcius.

So I installed another app, CPU monitor and it shows it is only around 30 to 34 depending on usage, very close to the battery temperature. I think the Antutu app is reporting false temps, probably due to bugs.

Edit: So I tried a bunch of apps from the Playstore, just search for CPU Temperature, chose those with 4 star or more ratings and found that a lot show errors that there is no CPU temperature available and just randomly throw a number at it if it does display something. The highest I got is 65 celcius from a 3.5 star app called "CPU Temperature - CPU, Memoryu, etc etc" by Kami Dev. I think at this point there is no need to worry about the CPU temperature. It is most likely a false report.

If you don't game much then it's no difference as the power saving way better than last time and the only thing that could push the phone to throttle is gaming
