Nope. I've gotten my router up for 6 ~ 8 months at a time without any IP change whatsoever so long as I don't restart my router or there's a power loss
If your IP changes every 2 - 3 weeks, that means there's something wrong somewhere

I don't like this kind of installation too but no choice

My old house in Klang they still use the termination box outside of the house. But that was 7 ~ 8 years ago
New house in Subang Jaya that I just moved in December 2021 they direct connect to the BTU, no termination box anymore

Any UniFi 800Mb/s user can help test if you are getting 200Mb/s upload speed to Google Drive?

My home and my office (both on 800Mb/s) is only getting around 50 ~ 90Mb/s upload speed

Previously I can always get full 200Mb/s
