Just want to check if anyone face this same problem before.

My Unifi port always got taken by someone else very often. Yesterday is the 3rd in the last 4 years. The last time (2 years ago), the Unifi technician had to pull additional fibre cable from the adjacent road dB box because the Unifi dB box (which also happens to be exactly behind my house ) where my original port was taken, was allocated to a Maxis customer.

I have now lost connection again yesterday and this means my current port was most probably taken or given to another customer.  The odd thing was that I lost thr connection at 4 am in the morning.

It's been more than  24 hrs and TM can't solve my problem.

Why does this still happen? Can't TM have a proper system assigning one port that is assigned permanently to one customer?

If you look at the StayWithUnifi 300mbps RM129 plan, Voice STD20 is no longer included.
So you can't ask them to keep those 600 minutes. It all depends on the HQ (if they want to include it or not)

LoL. Better than mine they said can cancel unifiTV RM30 after 2 years.

Now i asked , they told me cant because its a bundle TV. Like WTF.

I put 0 on comment , TM called me and they said

They can change the T&C without informing customer.

ROFL.

They not even hiding anymore with their exploitation.

You'll be mind blown if I wrote essay here from what I heard from TM today.

Hello guys, recently I got the 30days free speed upgrade from 100Mbps to 300Mbps. My question, if I wanna keep that 300 speed upgrade, how much will I need to pay? Now I pay RM136.75 (RM129 for 100Mbps).

duh. u know i know everyone know have u try to buy add on equipment before from tm? UPB MEsh wifi etc? i have been telling TM this common sense term that everyone aware but not tm, they still charge 6% on top of those addon.

until recently effect dec'21 i think the sst is no longer applicable to those add on. then i contact them to adjust those sst that are previously charged they agreed to reflect in my next bill.

so anyone out there who kena this as well, u can claim back ur money.
almost a year ago i already posted this, finally they corrected it lately.
