Hi. I need some help/guidance on how and what to choose in making a report to skmm @ Aduan skmm website. My house area only have 1 FDP and want to get TM to add FDP (already >10 houses using the only FDP and some are using splitter).

Every night after 8pm to 11pm unifi to worldwide network might having issue,so if you only having problem at night then it is normal.
The alternative way to fix it now is report TM and MCMC, and use a VPN service that work well at night.

And second if you using TM DNS,then they blocking alot of site,so better change the dns setting.

google/cloudflare equal same as TM dns latency which hosted in local.

unless u go for Quad9 or opendns which abit higher which hosted in SG.

multiple youtube video would stop buffering midway, refresh tab doesn't help, have to open a new chrome window. only happen since today.

Re the modem, TM is quite inconsistent. In Nov 2017, I reported 5-yr old HG850a modem problem (lights flashing) which was caused by a faulty PSU. (Already a few months but I was using my own 12V PSU). Quite fast they came to replace with new HG8240H. They took back the old HG850a.

2 weeks later, they came to do my RM10 50-100Mbps upgrade. I told them about the 2-week old modem but they replaced it anyway with another unit of the same model. This time, they didn't take the modem back with them. 

Why you think TM will impose penalty? Who will take it if got penalty? Think of logic too.

I already have some balance inside the Reward from my days with Unifi Mobile postpaid.

I installed Home Fibre in October.

1st bill was settled in full by pre-payment balance from installing the Home Fibre.

2nd bill was settled by pre-payment balance + additional payment on the billing day itself.

I noticed even though I already paid 2 months of Unifi Home Fibre, the points never increased.

So I ask Chat. 3 sessions over the last 3 weeks.
"It is awarded if paid before bill's due date."

If that is the case, where is my points?

1st case report closed without update.
Today created 2nd case teport instead of re-open the previous one.

Topkek TM trying to cheat KPI by giving impression that cases were solved within 7 days.

RM159 - 300mbps include the Deco mesh or WIFI6 router + STD 20
RM129 - 300mbps internet only (Until 31/12/2021)

successfully asked for SWU program at TM point Pandan Indah for RM129 - 300Mbps. I am over the 2 years contract situation.

at first i do the talking got call about this SWU story, then the staff checked awhile and told me that this option is in the system for my account. If i opt for rm99 - 100Mbps will need to send the request to HQ.

I did asked her to not delete my 600min free call. she said it's not really good for her to do so cause HQ might question and ask her to justify.
However, she did mentioned that she will remain that term in my profiles, and see whether HQ will delete it or not (don't know whether it really stays there or not cause she is not showing me her screen).

Process was quick. just do thumb print, then arrange technician to come over to change router. haven't check whether the speed had been implemented or not
