LOS turn red suddenly. Reboot huawei GPON still no luck. 2 times and terus blinking. Already report, need 24h. Btw at Gombak Setia. Anyone same problem? kamil129 liked this post

Problem solve today around 3pm+ wei after lodged online MCMC report at 8am+ today.. my fiber accidently unplugged/terlanggar by some technician due to new installation.Btw at Gombak Setia. Hei guys, the rebate RM50 that TM 'promised' if they failed to solve problem in 24h (eg: LOS) is it eligible and if yes, how they done it? deduct it?
