Yeah, not too bad and I’m pretty contented though UniFi refused to let me lower it down to 99 when I wanna downgrade from Ultimate to Ruby. tongue.gif They will still maintain my bill at 129 even it’s changed to Ruby, they will just reduce my discount on Internet. Oh well, I’m still very lucky compared to most of the people. So, I just accept it happily.

They have not offered any 200Mbps upload speed for 500Mbps plan all these years.

Yes, possible so long there is available port.

I used to own one line for myself in my rented room in the past (yes, I was also one of them who didn't want to share laugh.gif), my housemate later applied again and thankfully there was an available port for her. Else, I would feel guilty.

No issue with both of our lines. Worked like intended.

For UniFi CS, you can call 03-2241 1290, it is the same as 100. If your mobile phone has unlimited calls, then call this fixed line no., no charges for you.

I didn't expect such pro-active service from TM. I just received call from TM Cyberjaya telling me that they have detected something wrong with my connection but customer is not aware... sweat.gif They wanna fix it outside my house and if needed may need to come to my house (which unlikely). She called to get my permission to fix my connection. laugh.gif I said I'm OK so long not fixing something which is not broken. God bless me. sweat.gif laugh.gif
