No issue here. I haven't tried on my iPad yet but just testing on both YouTube app and Safari on my iPhone, caption works flawlessly.

I received this call too. From a lady telling me they have checked my line that I'm not getting what I'm supposed to be though I didn't make any complaint. In fact, I didn't feel anything. So, also asking permission to check the line outside of my house and if needed only will come into my house. They fixed few days ago and called me once it is done. No visitation to my house is required. To me, my speed is fine all this while and got the max speed so no effect for me. laugh.gif

My Internet after discount is RM 69 + Ultimate RM 60 = 129. 600 minutes is complimentary.

I think those examples I quoted also getting Ultimate but not sure of free calls though. Maybe yes.

Hi guys, I need public IP for my Nintendo Switch gaming. This is for my new house and I'm still thinking which ISP to install as TIME seems hopeless now. I'm open for any options, if I'm not mistaken my place can install UniFi, Maxis, Digi and Celcom Fibre.

What I read UniFi 100Mbps is on private IP now? So, I supposed minimum 300Mbps will be required. After paying only RM 129 for 500Mbps for my current UniFi at my sister's place (she's using my account laugh.gif), I'm not willing to pay RM 129 for just 100Mbps. I'm OK for 300Mbps. RM 129/139 is fine... New registration.

Is it only UniFi gives Public IP by default? For 300Mbps plan and above.
