Any feedbacks or view for TTRacing and Niture chairs? Seems like frequent pop up on my social media. Are they good?

Avoid TTRacing at all cost. After 2 years of use, you can see what happened to my TTRacing Swift X.
The material is really inferior compared to other brands. The same material used in the armrest also started peeling off.
No response from the customer service, even though I called and filed multiple tickets to their customer service.
Really pissed off and considering submitting an official complaint to KPDNHEP

Already 2 years usage, i think the case filing will done nothing for TTracing or you.

They can twist whatever they want say this is upon user usage.

I bought a RM300 sandals last month and it smell disgusting very fucking awful everytime it is wet
Sketches told me please proceed to KPDNHEP anyway because that is not manufacturing issue but user usage behaviour.
CB one.

I think it's the material, the other chairs I have - a Steelcase and an IKEA chair, don't have such issue.
Although a bit aged, the material doesn't just peeled off/break like the TTRacing.

Because that part of the base is supposed to be the toughest part of the chair to support the chair and user's weight. To see it broke like this Wow that's really poor quality. I think even a budget chair's base won't even break until that bad if it even breaks la. shakehead.gif

I own a Steelcase too yet it still looks so new after almost 3 years of daily usage.

Went to the Niture showroom on Saturday morning to test their chairs. No customers around, so I got the salesperson's 100% commitment to entertain my odd requirements. I have a bad left shoulder, so my need for an adjustable armrest was the main priority. Tested all models from the lowest to the highest specs.

PILLO had limited armrest adjustability compared to PILLO LITE. Both come with fixed backrests, so there's no height adjustment to suit our height. Can't remember what was lacking with the MOTION, could be the fixed lumbar. Once you sit on the ULTRA, you can immediately feel the difference with its smooth glide seat feature; but there's no headrest.

Ended up taking home a grey SINC with the optional footrest. As my priority was the armrest, SINC's 6D armrest decided it for me. Its versatile headrest, adaptive lumbar, adjustable backrest make the SINC stand out from the rest.

There were groups of people coming in when I was about to leave, and only 2 salesperson to handle them. Lucky that I got there early.

Had tried Merryfair Anggun and Wau. Wau feels like too expensive not worth for the price. Looking for full mesh ergonomic chair. But most of my friend suggest me SecretLab even it does not have mesh material. hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

Boss,, how is your Sitzone experience?

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Jul 30 2021, 05:27 PM)
Ok I might give Sitzone a try

Reviews from Taobao seems good

Because my criteria is full mesh within a budget. Seems like they're the only one offering that. Otherwise have to go upwards to 2k+ for Ergohuman

Have you tried asking TRAX Furniture? They are an authorised dealer of HM chairs in Malaysia.

Their chairs have a max load limit, I suppose if you can prove you've never used the chair while exceeding the specified load limit, you could argue a case? Just a thought.

Hi all, has anyone bought chair from this company:

Carousell handle - equallinkservices
Company website - displayelement (www.displayelement.com)

They seem to sell 2nd hand chairs that are quite good in quality (i think?). Wanted to get some feedback as I am looking to get a good ergonomic chair.
Thanks!

Been to their showroom in puchong.

I have to say the good ones start from RM500... orbit. Orbit has soft and lazy feel to it. Has a small lumbar support but not firm like those expensive chair. Mostly towards comfort.

The pillo lite is the one that starts to feel supporting the lower back. The lumbar support is softer than pillo which has a much stiffer lumbar support for fatter ppl. Also much much better headrest with these expensive model.

Is there a way to lock the armrest? I feel it switches position too easily

bought a reclining sofa for R&R and gaming...nyesal sudah now. Its comfy, helps with the back pain etc but when its hot and your sweating mcm dalam sauna habis the fabric. (AC installation not an option)

Now i think chair with net/mesh type better for the mancave/home office.
