 Mbsj masuk rumah remove awning coz no permit, Can like this?

Cant speak about MBSJ but yes for MBPJ, this is still considered a renovation and you need an approval. The backyard of my old house i added a polycarbonate roof which i forgot to put in my approval. Officer told me yup its technically illegal but as long as neigbour doesnt complain and with most of my renovation in order, shouldnt be an issue.

For this case i'm pretty sure neighbour complained. His awning/roof looks like its built up to the edge of his fence. I wont say it encroached in to his neighbours porch but i'm pretty sure when it rains water is an issue. Water could be flowing over his side.

Like someone said above, local council will only take this action once all avenues are exhausted. And only with legitimate complaints. Sorry i call bullshit on racism here.

true. this is the only curious part (at least for me) on this case but since they are accompanied by a "Polis Bergerak" van, i would have to assume that MPSJ could have secured a warrant from the Magistrates for a force entry but then again, will have to wait for MPSJ to issue an official statement on this incident (if they ever decided to give one).

This. Alot of ppl suka2 taruh local council but i'm willing to put up my hand and admit, when it comes to housing estates MBPJ has really stepped up to the plate. Sometimes ppl just dont bother to engage, thinking they're the enemy. A good ADUN helps but really down to the community to cooperate

Yes i encountered once before, before this persiaran kewajipan from Kesas MPSJ put concrete barrier and always got lorry go knock in until the concrete barrier obstruct the road. There is one time i go to work on Selangor Sultan Birthday year 2018 and one uncle rider motorcycle knock on it.

I called ambulance first, PDRM didn't come first, it was MPSJ response team first reach the spot.

last time at my old taman got one family liddis

simply parking in front of ppl's punya house. I know not directly in front of my gate but sometimes when I open my gate , kana that fella punya kereta then (@_!)(_)(

best thing is the husband got one abandoned car parked nicely in front of their gate. real topkek. one day mbsj van came and give notice. they still stubborn , till one day mbsj tow truck come and tow the car. become drama . sigh...

another house convert their house into old newspaper warehouse. then dunno which neighbor lipot to mbsj said the place become breeding ground for aedes. another drama also when mbsj van come and give notice.

lucky I moved out from that place.

last time my neighbor also did owning and the water splash into our yards.

lastly my dad called majlis bandaraya and they came. but only gave verbal warning to neighbor. but it was sufficient and my neighbor changed the design.
