Hi guys, I’ve been using Tiger previously and been on dormant for awhile waiting for stocks to go up. Now that I’ve sold my US stocks, wanna ask u guys what’s the best way to withdraw the USD funds?

Should I convert it via in app to SGD, then transfer to CIMB SG > CIMB MY? Feels like I’ll lose a few dollars via exchange rates. No way to withdraw it directly back to Wise right?

Anyway, you should've just kept the stocks in tiger. Only cash out if you intend to use the cash. This is not stashway with monthly deduction fees

Hi. Anyone know if there is a limit on the fund protection per account for Tiger in Singapore? I understand it is monitored by MAS, but no info on the protection level provided, e.g., if SIPC - $500k, but they are not under SIPC.

Just to confirm, Tiger does not charge you any fee, even though you do not use Tiger to trade at all, right? No inactivity fee?

So far none. I got no money with them also. 😂
They only charge you platform fees everytime you buy and sell from them (only for Asian people). There is no platform fees for Americans. The double standard.
