But we'll see how it goes 1st, if it's well received, I'll most probably forward it 2 Maxis.

Most probably they are focusing on postpaid customer instead of prepaid customer.

We can see the yellow man telecos is the 1 fulfilling customer need's

No point actually. I'm sure they have received enough feedback regarding their service.

They will only improve when Mobile Number Portability is introduced.

At the moment your survey will just be nothing for them.

- Plan 75, onli got plat plan that time.

Had a friend working for Maxis so I got a very nice prepaid #

NO plans... got it because of choice of #
also because most of my contacts are on Hotlink/Maxis as well

NO complains so far as usually I use less than RM15 per month

4. What do you NOT like about MAXIS?
Too many plans... it gets very complicated especially when I'm trying to look for rates on their site.
I don't even know what plan I'm on so I don't actually know how much I'm paying for calls but since I don't use it much I don't really care.

5. Suggest improvements to question 4.
Like Digi... make it simple have only one or two plans, don't keep introducing a new plan every month.
