QUOTE(llk @ Jun 22 2021, 03:41 PM) Amazon is currently having promo for Samsung 980 pro 2TB for price rm1500+ including shipping and tax. Thanks, not in a hurry yet since I want to purchase the SSD together with a new CPU, Motherboard, RAM and GPU I noticed the Samsung 980 Pro 1TB at RM1.2k at shopee: https://shopee.com.my/-SAMSUNG-980-PRO-PCIe...7182.6565882292Would this be a better buy than the WD SN850?

Would a Gen 5.0 M2 SSD actually offer any practical improvement over a Gen 4.0 SSD? Not in benchmarks but like responsiveness when clicking programs, noticeable faster loading times, etc
This is coming from someone still using the Samsung 840 Pro 120GB SATA SSD lol (My PC is 11 years old)
