Once u've combined ur MSN contacts and ur phone contacts, I don't think there's a way to undo it. The key thing to do is to set it NOT to combine in the first place.

yeah, the GPS thingy happened to my friend too. And here in lowyat, there have been some cases too but it seems the majority of the users here are spared of the problem.

u can use sim manager to delete all ur contacts in ur phone memory..

man hate to hear that kaiser got so many problems. i have tried one but i really like the camera with auto focus. very nice ... maybe should wait few more month for second or third batch ..... hope the price will drop also hehehhehee then can upgrade 838pro to kaiser

When I was there,

1) 2 guys came in. They said they bought 3 units. Out of 3, 1 of it has problem. It keeps hanging after picking up call or answering sms. Only bought 4 days ago

2) A handphone shop reseller said he has brought back few units regarding GPS and Touch Screen issue

Seems like quite unstable

But I wonder what the customer support meant by GPS has problem with MapKing bundled software. Does it mean other map software is ok...

Just go to ur contacts, select all by dragging downwards, tap-and-hold and select delete.

If u find that u can't select more than 1 by dragging downwards, install this file first  PPCContactsMgr.zip ( 12.58k ) Number of downloads: 8

aiya, first batch is always like that. If my memory serves me correctly, the only device which didn't have an issue since it first launched is the O2 XDA IIi. Other than that, all also got issue. Remember the screen alignment issue of ALL Dopod 838 pros with the serial no HT634XX and below, the Dopod 900 co-axial cable, the Atom instability issue, the D810 peeling issue... All sure got.

So the price to pay for being a 'pioneer' of a newly launched device is the expensive price and being a guinea pig. haha... but it'll be rectified one la.

so the question is,was it the minimo is not good,or installing on the memory affect the performance..or some other things..

err.. i dont have yahoo messenger install in my phone now.. last time i remember there is a IM for yahoo, msn and other, all in one.. but i forgot the name already.. i used to install in my O2 mini that time..

if u sync already before, immediately hard reset, sync again, it'll restore back your contacts
