To replace my old Panasonic bluray player to an Ultra HD Blu-ray for my 4K Bluray movies which I have no reason to buy earlier but now I do. 😊 It support Dolby Atmos for movies too so 2 in 1 device rather than buying another Ultra HD Blu-ray player. May not apply for those who doesn't use it for home theater too.

60fps RT mode nice!

GOW smooth and sharp! Collected all free games for mu PS+ account.

Crashed happened to me once so far with performance RT mode. Have to restart the console.

Btw, I don't experience any noice during gameplay. Only when loading new game with the disc. After that everything very quiet. Mute my TV and listened while my son play. I have to put my ear besides the PS5 to hear something. So far very quiet. My son's into GOW now instead... I'm still learning.

Since I'm using Sony X9000h. I can control the Blu Ray player of the PS5 with my TV remote. Nice! CeC works really well. Sound output via my Yamaha Ysp2700 sound bar......games and movies sounds and feels emersive.

120hz. I bought a longer hdmi2.1 cable by Zeskit and use the one came with the ps5 for my sound bar. Works well for both.

I skipped my 2nd controller firmware update accidentally. But luckily there is a way to update it. Follow this youtube video. It works for me.

Take note, after the firmware update, 3rd party charing station didn't work anymore. I tried it before and after update.

Playing Spider Man Miles Morales, Sack Boy, Devil May Cry. My other Pre-order PS5 games haven't arrived yet. Ghost of tsushima is amazing though. Their engine to build this game is amazing. GoW is free for PS+ and that looks amazing too.

Sackboy is good for family bonding. I bought additional 2 controllers to play with my son and wife. Looking for a few more coops games.


Anyway,so far 2 bugs for the consolle
1. If you skipped the remote firmware update, follow the video I posted earlier. It works.
2. This morning no sound. HDMI 4 detected game rather than usually Playstation. I have to reboot the tv. This could be the sony tv x9000h problem. Not sure. But power off and on the TV helps. The hdmi will detect PlayStation after that.

Im using WiFi 6 router with 500mbps and the speed with wifi 6 in PS5 still amazingly fast. No issue to download and update. The real test when I receive my cyberpunk later to get the update.....🤣

5ghz...my S20 ultra uses the same. At good times I can get 500mbps speed test with FAST app wirelessly. Right now around 330mbps.

I'm one of the lucky one, manage to buy from GH online without the need to go and queue physically. Penang was CMCO and can't cross district made it difficult to even go to there. GH refund those stuff I didn't need. i even get refund for my 2nd order for the controller I purchased which forced me to pick one of those useless DOBE stuff. And lucky again when they delivered my PS5 on Friday 3pm. Don't even need to go collect even though that will be a great experience to have. 😂 So basically and hopefully lesson learned for GH. If they do wanna put pwp, make it optional and include better quality pwp.

Yup. Will out of space very soon. Cyberpunk and Demons Soul on the way... pre-ordered those earlier. My son insisted to play with his friends online.

My son's is using his Logitech G633. Just plug in the 3.5mm jack to the controller. Works really well. It will mute the tv/soundbar automatically. You can adjust the volume in the settings too. The headset mic works just like normal. Temp solution until the PS5 pulse 3D available.

So far smooth...I choose ray tracing over 120hz though even though tv can accept it. My son still played multiplayer with 120fps on.
