anyone purchase from IOI City Mall, they reply my whatsapp regarding the external warranty need to visit their shop for purchase, i ask must walk in but they yet reply. anyone have further information from them?

Sony acknowledge my pay on 4 Feb and mention it will take up to 3-4 business WEEKS to complete. Man the processing time is long but as long as the warranty is secure, no harm for waiting |
