Gdex today I think actually closed for Selangor Public Holiday. Even their CS agent in Whatsapp not working.

They probably have 1-2 guys from each branch in Selangor just to deliver the PS5 only

Feel like the situation might be like this.

HN - all PO via store. all self-pickup at store. No delivery to home. hence no issue.

Senq/Senheng - all PO via online only, no walk-in. These chain-stores use their own logistics and delivery trucks. So, PS5 units might have been shipped to their central warehouse by Sony 1-2 days before. Just that they slow in distributing it to their outlets (for those self-pickup) and also arranging delivery to homes. 11 Dec is also public holiday in Selangor - u think their own logistics / delivery guys are working today?

Since there are delivery guys, I assume they will send those self-pick up PS5 units to store also, at the same time they got out for delivery to homes.

Let's just wait and see haha
