Anyone know how to contact playstation support for account suspended?

call and the guys on the line not helping. ask me to login and pay the pending fees.
my problem, im not even can login the psn.

Anyone here have any problem with charging the controller through the console usb? Mine keeps disconnecting every few minutes and need to reconnect the cable again.

I’m also using wireless headphone with my ps5 but theres no disconnection at all so i doubt its the usb port problem.

Tried charging using pc and its fine no disconnect at all :/
