It depends on your TV or monitor? Capable of 4k 120fps? If yes, then get a 2.1 HDMI cable

A quick search says your TV was introduced in 2013. No VRR or ALLM. So you'd be gaming at most at 1080p 60Hz, if the TV can support that input frequency.

Get that 2.0 cable. It should be good to go along with your TV. You should only get 2.1 cable if you have a TV that supports it and the 120hz refresh rate.

Just get either ugreen or vention hdmi2.1 cable, 3m would be the best length
It doesn't matter if your tv either 4k / 1080p resolution , 60hz / 120hz refresh rate you can use hdmi2.1 without any problem
Soon if you plan to upgrade to any 4k 120hz or higher with hdmi2.1 port, you already got the right hdmi cable for it which is hdmi2.1 cable

Not safe. I think what they'll do is give you a shared account (not active) even if you want an individual account (active). Meaning you'll be given an account to login to activate as your main account on the console. It's not your own account. That account as your main will then be shared to others as they probably control the email address the account is linked to.

What you want is either discounted PSN credits which you can use to buy PS+, or discounted PS+ that PSN will sell twice a year.
