I have reached out to the Sony CS. They said that the 1 year warranty automatically applies, just for the extended 90 days warranty, their database have not updated all of the S/N yet hence the error. Said to try after two weeks.

The place I bought it from GS Shop (ganderia city), the branch had 2 on hand and I was referred from their other branch at Central Park mall. The rest of their other branches only has 1 each based from their system. I curi tengok behind the counter.

Damn, when I played with my old base PS5, never ever gotten those glitches before. Maybe I should try with my Pro and see if I get it but dang, 7 hours....No hope la for me XD

I would say it is not really a game changer. Wait till PSSR matures and an increase in the enhanced game library then I would say that will be a great time to jump in eventually. However, those proper enhanced games that you saw on Youtube, those are really great, not going to lie. Tested Horizon Zero Dawn, HF West, GOW Ragnarok, FF7 Rebirth to name a few. Last but not least, the damn disc drive (if you need one) is one rare pokemon like what Joey said. I just got lucky to stumble into a shop that has it in stock and not at a scalped price.

Aside from that, my transition over is pretty fast because I don't have games in the internal SSD. External HDD/SSD and external M.2 are just plug and play.

Base ps5 you played on Performance Mode sharp or soft back then?
I agree the Pro's Versatility Mode is a godsend.

On another note, tested GOW ragnarok last night, omg PSSR looks horrible

To be honest, Performance Soft for some reason looks better than the Sharp lol
