Why limit yourself to just these two brands/models?
Pentax? Olympus? Sony?

Later my expensive 70-210 f/2.8 got scratched or dinged then how??
Even if functional, resale value goes downhill...

d40 have good iso range. plus nikon is greatly famous on their very good iso settings.

neways, 350d wins on better form factor (small and nicely fit anyone's palm, not including mr fee fai fo fam), higher MP, faster continuous action, and most of all, because it's canon. LOLZ.

that one expensive lo bro... haha... 350D has most of the features 400D has, that'why i compare it to D40.

I tot D40x has only MP differences with the D40? others no differences rite..?
