I'm wondering why Apple asked you to contact telco though?  Can take the risk for HK set. Moreover, HK is not using eSIM, so could be convenient for some who prefer dual physical SIM cards. |

Finally got to try out the function of unlocking iPhone with Apple Watch. I didn't wear a mask as I didn't go out, so I covered my mouth with palm, it works as well. |
