try select all and copy to notes then search, i did it that way my battery cycle is 117 and still at 100%
Edit: actually theres 2 battery cycle count as attched 117 n 123 not sure which one shud we refer to 😅

My charging pattern: charge at night before going to bed and once 100% I remove the charger immediately, and once a while charge during the day nvr let it overcharge beyond 100%, I use normal charging port and once a while use magsafe in the car mounted at the air vent.
*
I see. I thought there is an easier option lol. OK, mine is 126 and 129. Not sure which is which lol.

My bad. I missed a step. I saved to Dropbox first then I export to Notes.
It is under the batterycyclecount. It is not too bad actually. You can change the battery after two years. It will gets you at least 4 years of peak usage. Won't that be about the right time to upgrade?  tongue.gif
*
So it’s 129 for me. What’s yours since it has dropped to 99%? tongue.gif And how’s your charging pattern?
laugh.gif 4 years no la. Maybe 2 years later I will change a new phone. tongue.gif

QUOTE(neome @ Apr 10 2021, 06:15 PM)
Ic tq for this new info, nvr knew we could check the batter cycle count, so mine is 123 so around 129 the battery will drop 99% like fruitie's i supposed  hmm.gif or will it depends on other factors as well like charging pattern, phone temp etc will see huhu
*
We need more data on this. Maybe not battery cycle count determines, it could be the charging pattern as well like you mentioned. laugh.gif

QUOTE(soitsuagain @ Apr 10 2021, 07:40 PM)
Mine is at 97. Probably battery health drops to 99% at about 95? I always charge it before it gets below 70%. Won't charge overnight. There are two things that I worry about. Simply overcharging and night thunderstorms. Heard is not good to get electronics device connected to the grid during thunderstorms. About once every fortnight I will get the battery down to less than 20% on purpose and charge it to 100%. I do it religiously on that too.  laugh.gif
*
Then battery cycle doesn’t determine the battery health. It could be the charging pattern. laugh.gif
By the way, are you using MagSafe charger or which type of charger?

QUOTE(SonicSpyro @ Apr 10 2021, 07:42 PM)
Thanks for the info!

Looking at my stats, I have a BatteryCycleCount of 85.

Bought the phone on 29th November 2020 and have been charging it roughly every 2 days and seldom overnight.
*
That’s still very low battery cycle count. rclxms.gif

QUOTE(PJS @ Apr 10 2021, 08:29 PM)
My standard reply for OCDs - buy a new iPhone! 😂

Mine also MY set bought on first day, still 100%

I don't use magsafe or any wireless chargers. Wireless charging makes the whole phone hotter than normal plug in charging. Even tho I have a few wireless fast chargers lying around, I never used them anymore.
*
Hahaha. I think changing a battery sounds like a more economical solution. tongue.gif

I’m using MagSafe though but I blame it to the recent heat. tongue.gif

Mine were 15 and 261 lol. Been using since collect on first day of collection. Still 100%

My usage/charging pattern: during charging I’ll even play games, VC with my wife etc. normally I’ll charge whenever I feel like doing so, mostly ard 30-40%. Sometimes the phone will die off as my son plays with it, or below 20% I’ll start charging it and out on low power mode.
*
laugh.gif 15 vs 261, that's a huge difference! But good that yours still retains at 100%, keep it up! laugh.gif

QUOTE(soitsuagain @ Apr 10 2021, 11:29 PM)
Ya, that's weird. And I was worry shit about battery health and fast charging that I dig my old 5W Apple charger and actually bought new Ugreen USB-A to lightning cable. Now it doesn't make sense. Considering that you have been fast charging all these while?

I guess I might as well just buy a 20W usb charger.
*
Yes, fast charging since day 1 and switched to wireless charging maybe 2 weeks after I got my phone.

i got my iphone on january, just check mine is 79. Am i suppose to be afraid  cry.gif , ive been using magsafe duo from adapter to charger is original but i do leave it overnight wireless charging
*
79? What's that? If battery health you are in big trouble. laugh.gif If it is just battery cycle count, it is perfectly fine. Mine is 129. laugh.gif
I also charge it overnight. smile.gif

same issue happen over here, since i also using 12 pro max doh.gif  doh.gif

but i got try another way to make it able to take micro shots, which is using 0.5x zoom then camera is able to focus on the object already.
as long as the zoom is smaller then 1 then is able to work perfectly. on 0.9x zoom also no issue.
u guys can have a try on this method.
*
Yeah acceptable with 0.5x zoom.

Thanks guys.

Are you guys on the latest firmware as well?

I noticed this only happens on 14.4.2

Never happened before on any other firmware.

As per some suggestions, I spam on and off for a bit. I got annoyed and I switched off my phone when I went to bed last night for 7 hours.

Let’s see how it fares after this.
*
Yes, 14.4.2 but I don't have issue though.

Yup, SG set Pro only not Max. Our weather also getting hotter than before. Indeed, regarding the temperature so don’t charge your phone straightaway if the phone is still warm. Did you purchase the AppleCare? I also want to know the price as well.
*
No, I don't buy AppleCare. I think I would have changed my phone before it reaches 80%. laugh.gif

I will buy one for fun although not forgetful person biggrin.gif
I think you mean Bluetooth tag, NFC only have VERY short range in cm sweat.gif
this company is doing ok for tracker tag https://www.thetileapp.com/ they sold a lot globally

they even complain about Apple AirTag https://techcrunch.com/2021/04/20/tile-bash...ir-competition/

for the tracker tag, first there are tracker tag only utilize Bluetooth, and there are tracker tag utilize Bluetooth and UWB, for precise finding UWB is needed, because UWB accuracy can reach 5-10cm

recently Samsung get ahead in releasing tracker tag, SmartTag and SmartTag+
SmartTag => Bluetooth only (~USD19)
SmartTag+ > Bluetooth and UWB (~USD39)
Apple AirTag => Bluetooth and UWB (~USD29)

in term of pricing, if someone said Apple selling expensive tracker tag, I would say no biggrin.gif
refer to the tile tacker above, they are actually selling USD25-39 depending on the model, and if not mistaken most of it only uses Bluetooth and don't have UWB

and most important AirTag is first party accessory... Apple have 1 Billion active iPhone user... Apple does open Find My network for third party tracker maker to hook into... but the price third party make can sell is? by offer extra feature? slimmer? better?

so in the end I would say AirTag sitting at the right place and price point for people who use to forget where they put their stuffs smile.gif
Should be 26th or 27th since apple release note tell developer to be ready starting 26th April
https://developer.apple.com/news/
*
I think I may buy one for fun too. laugh.gif Though I'm not a forgetful person, just for the sake of trying out. laugh.gif
The price is OK, not too bad.

QUOTE(ctlim1 @ Apr 22 2021, 01:53 PM)
Dear all LYN members, is there any difference or LTE performance issues for the USA or HK iPhone 12 Pro/Pro Max(Unlocked) use in Malaysia ??
*
LTE no, should be the same. If 5G, US version should be better than the rest of the world, they are using different chip.
LTE, HK is the closest to us when it comes to frequency bands.

On another hand, I saw 5G on my bestie's iPhone 12 Pro Max, she sent me a screenshot the other day. She is in Beijing... I jealous. sad.gif

That's really great.....BTW the overseas iPhone unit now eg: USA or HK set are able to perform warranty claim in our local MY Apple service center or those service center operated by Apple Authorised Reseller??
*
I would suggest you to get HK set as US set may have issue with the frequency bands and whatnot. I just remembered US may be using different bands. My apologies.
OK, there is mixed feedback. Some said yes, some said no. My friend who bought iPhone X HK set and before she bought, she checked with our local resellers and also Apple, they said OK can be accepted here for warranty purpose. However, her phone is OK until today, so no chance to validate this part.
