thanks for sharing.. I'm diagnosed with fatty liver as well for a long time already ... need to cut down on carbs as you said. Recently just started to clamp down on carbs seriously. Hope I'm not too late

Funny thing is I'm about 65kg 170cm yet i am diagnosed with fatty liver
I guess bmi does not matter But my fat mostly concentrated on my tummy tho.. |
