I didn't preorder online coz I know for sure can't beat other people and bots, just gonna be frustrating and kill my excitement.

So in the morning I went to Sony centre nearby instead, since CMCO for sure less people can go, went at 9.30 and manage to secure my preorder, they sold out shortly before lunch, just slightly crowded. No need to stay up all night.

Hopefully can get mine on time but even if not, no big deal. I didn't really have to bend over backwards just to get a preorder.

Not getting the pre-order is one thing, but after customers successfully made online pre-order with email confirmation, but then order cancelled by Sony but never even bother to email customer in black and white and immediately process refund is another level of poor service.
