Not getting the pre-order is one thing, but after customers successfully made online pre-order with email confirmation, but then order cancelled by Sony but never even bother to email customer in black and white and immediately process refund is another level of poor service.

Plot twist, since Sony still haven't refunded to my credit card, so I online chat with their customer support again today, plot twist become order not cancelled, Sony able to fulfill my pre-order........ laugh.gif
