the most important thing about having a credit card, is to build your credit history which will provide you with a credit score. It will be useful to you in the future when you are planning to take up a loan for car or house.

Just be careful not to get credit card for the sole purpose of building credit, and then end up with credit card debt. Before getting a credit card make sure you are good at controlling your spending first. Credit card creates the illusion that you can afford a lot of things that you can't actually afford. The rule of thumb is to only purchase anything that you can afford if you don't have credit card.

emergency cash since u can spend ur future money , e-wallet can only spend what u had. Use it cautiously, some benefit a lot from cc while some went bankrupts by abusing it

pbb offers me no annual fee credit card....
not sure accept or not... got maybank cc ... used 15 yrs no issue. |
