Unifi lousy TM installer

TM staff sohai one. I rage quit on them after using their service for years. Ask come fix problem say my problem ok la then say since you accept calls frm TM KL 3 times I am charging you rm54. He only came 2 days in row and check wiring using a small box each time 5mins. I complain through phone through live chat through email scold KL said I will challenge the bill. Now a month later my final bill doesn't seem to have that charge.
