QUOTE(Kaerna @ May 23 2010, 10:38 PM)
Actually I was very close to get the AD700s. In fact I auditioned initially the SR80, MS1i,DT440,AD700s and one Sennheiser which i forgot the model number. I narrowed down to DT440 and MS1i. I usually depend on reviews when getting headphone but I decided to trust my ears and go for the DT440 despite almost nobody here talking about it.

I think everyone is different.

Btw what amp did you pair with your DT440 last time?
*
Beyer was not talked about in Malaysia last time but we are moving it, by letting customer's ears to decide which one to get. smile.gif

crossroad edge.. sounds owesome with beyers (and its RM700).. imo my favourite amongst all the amps on jaben's table tongue.gif

I have to admit that the DT440 was really nice sounding for the money. My friend was pretty happy with his DT440 and i'll probably recommend other friends to try that one out if they looking for a headphone smile.gif

Thanks for the great service the other day! Love you guys even more now lolz

Hmmm, recable might change your sound signature. Another way is to use a cable tie to tie it up. If not wasted...

Normally if I forget/not sure I will say 100 hours cool.gif You can just let it play music to let it run in by itself.

thank you for the recommendation biggrin.gif
hbout hippo box? is it okay?
im planning to get a new headphone, mostly for travelling, walking
does the 440 pad will make your ears sweating a lot or the 440 is comfortable??
thanks smile.gif

Hmmm... Traveling... Box is ok but you can opt for a more powerful ones like voyager, martini...
If you travel (walking a lot) a good advice is you pick a good IEM, more portability...
