big income ppl few year no increment and bonus aldy wan to die , small income ppl basic salary also not fully paid still go to work everyday .......
i dun no how to say , foreign work more tough than CEO level.

No increment, but u get in form of stock option and allowance. U never witness how they.markup themselves these benefits right?
