U can ask for refund actually, just contact the CS and show pic not ur order, so u get free expensive meal and full refund

they took whatever is inside the basket and leave

supposedly u need to verify with the staff before u leave
but sometime the staff is busy, they just took what's on the basket and leave
seen it with my own eyes

this one same case as my friend's burger stall

reach there, he told me the worker took it and deliver to someone else
end up wait there for like 30 minutes for the worker to come back, tell him he got the wrong order...took the new order back to exchange the wrong order back to me
