What to do if receive wrong order from foodpanda? I order rm18 only, but received someone's order worth rm42.
Already inform the rider it's wrong, but he said just take it since he lazy go back to the shop. So I just eat it like no one's business? Feel bad for the family that received my order. |

U can ask for refund actually, just contact the CS and show pic not ur order, so u get free expensive meal and full refund

Eat the meal, lodge report to get back RM18. The other guy should do the same. Win win. Only sohai delivery guy will get salary deducted. Padan Muka.

The other day I lagi power with Foodpanda, they deliver wrong place. Dunno which sohai decided the new condo next to my house should have the same number as my house.
Foodpanda guy see number correct, he just put down the packet and then motorbike away. |
