Used it 4x times before. Not bad but I advise to use Point to Point instead of Door to Door.

Sometimes they can collect or deliver parcels in the worst of times.

in a dilemma, sending a phone to negeri sembilan actually. so not sure to let pgeon collect it (around rm 7 included tax), or just burn it and walk in to poslaju/J&T
*
Huh now RM7 already? Last time was still RM5 for 5kg. Anyway I can't comment on their current service standard, but historically they are still considered reliable in my eyes. My sister used it to send high value stuff (>RM500) more frequently than I did and everything reached recipient nicely.

But personally I would opt for poslaju if value is that high coz can add on insurance if the worst were to happen. I think easy parcel pgeon only max RM250 compensation.

Don't know, I only use for maybe around RM200? Pgeon is an established courier.

Hello,

This is a bit late, but maybe can help others.

In short, STAY AWAY from this courier company, not matter how cheap they are.

My story : I sent my item from KL to Kuching, and they collected it on 26 Feb, 2021. It apparently arrived at "Destination Airport" on 3 March is still there according to their tracking service. There is no number to call, and I have sent them whatsapp, email and facebook messages to which they haven't seen fit to respond. My customer is now in a critical situation and I am having to send more goods in order to appease them.

If you still choose to use them, you can expect :

ranting.gif Slow or non-existent delivery
ranting.gif Losses from having to re-supply your customer
ranting.gif Angry customers who may not re-order from you
ranting.gif Loss of goods that may have cost you a lot of money
ranting.gif Anger and anxiety from having to deal with your recipient when you have no answers for them

Be warned!!

Just to update.

I just recently sent an item for repair .
From Subang to Klang.

If I count from the time I drop at the Pickup Point till it reached the recipient.
Thats 2 days, 7 hours and 58 mins (2 1/4 days).

Not to mentioned it sit almost 1 day ( 20.5 hours) from the time I drop it to finally Pgeon pickup from the Pickup point.
This part they are slower than PosLaju. But to my surprise they finally delivered it at late evening around 7pm.

And at least I'm assured it reached the recipient. Cause the delivery guy took a photo of it (can see the photo inside Pgeon tracking web page) .
Will I use Pgeon again? Yes. Unless I want super fast, PosLaju.

Just FYI, My wife recently bought something from Shopee, seller used DHL Ecommerce.
From 17th Sept the item picked up from seller in Klang, only today 23rd , the item is out for delivery.

5 1/2 days doh.gif

So far so good
They couldn’t picked up my parcel this week apparently because their office is closed down for sanitation
