next time, read reviews before booking slot. good luck.

Took them 1 bloody week to send stuff from taipan usj to lazada warehouse ( 3km from my place)

i think its same with other courier company, in some area where they got gud staff, then tat area no prob, but in some branches staff quality low, causing that area have more problem compare with other branches.

I return a 2k phone la atleast not mia, if mia mbe will be responsible for it so not an issue for me la

Had been serving me quite well before MCO, usually delivered in a day within KV, within 3 days across PM. Then MCO happened, and their service became quite shit 1 week+ even within KV. Now duno since I've been using poslaju for the time being

Driver bad attitude + helpline very slow response

poslaju macam tikam2 saja. kejap2 ok, kejap2 tak ok.
overall maybe i will give poslaju 3.5 out of 5 stars

you used multiple times? how many days it took? high valued items recommended? lol

From around May until now quite satisfactory lo majority semalam sampai, max within 2 days.

You don't mention details I don't know what are you looking for / comparing

in a dilemma, sending a phone to negeri sembilan actually. so not sure to let pgeon collect it (around rm 7 included tax), or just burn it and walk in to poslaju/J&T
