No issues using them for a few months already ...

Took them 1 bloody week  to send stuff from taipan usj to lazada warehouse ( 3km from my place)

no problem using them for more than 3 months. Some ppl face problem

Had been serving me quite well before MCO, usually delivered in a day within KV, within 3 days across PM. Then MCO happened, and their service became quite shit 1 week+ even within KV. Now duno since I've been using poslaju for the time being

so far mine no issue (johor area to bintulu sarawak).

still within the acceptable delivery period.

From around May until now quite satisfactory lo majority semalam sampai, max within 2 days.

You don't mention details I don't know what are you looking for / comparing

Used it 4x times before. Not bad but I advise to use Point to Point instead of Door to Door.

Sometimes they can collect or deliver parcels in the worst of times.

so TS/OP, how was yr pgeon door to door service? any problem? item delivered ok?

This is a bit late, but maybe can help others.

In short, STAY AWAY from this courier company, not matter how cheap they are.

My story : I sent my item from KL to Kuching, and they collected it on 26 Feb, 2021. It apparently arrived at "Destination Airport" on 3 March is still there according to their tracking service. There is no number to call, and I have sent them whatsapp, email and facebook messages to which they haven't seen fit to respond. My customer is now in a critical situation and I am having to send more goods in order to appease them.

If you still choose to use them, you can expect :

Slow or non-existent delivery
Losses from having to re-supply your customer
Angry customers who may not re-order from you
Loss of goods that may have cost you a lot of money
Anger and anxiety from having to deal with your recipient when you have no answers for them
