Hi everyone, the address Kingston no longer available,

Yesterday, im at lowyat and looking for Convergent and not found, i tried to call them and they say they moving to Amoda lvel 7, they accept my faulty RAM, FOC. They also accept even me as End User....no need receipt or other proof of purchase, only maintain Kingston sticker and serial no.
It took 2-3 weeks for new RAM...

hi forumers, i do have bad sector on my WD caviar black 1Tb come with 5 yrs limited warranty (now past 1 yrs plus). i bought it from PC depot and they said they only cover for 1 yr warranty and the rest of 4 yrs will be handle by end user.
if above statement is correct, how i'm going to claim from WD and any additional cost i have to bear myself? do they need to verify my hardware and where/how should i subject the part to them? pls educate as i'm new in this area, thx a lot!! :-(

kingston ram warranty how long? 1 year? 2 years?

if not too late..now pc depot cover full warranty but after 1year they ll charge rm10 per kilo for postage fee..need to have receipt ofcos.so need to pay rm10 only for that wd drive. .sorry for my bad english

my seagate ext hdd goflex desk also want to spoil already, it has bad sectors, but I had no idea how to claim it at all.

i bought from viewnet but i had bad experienced with them on my apc ups which already 4 months but still no reply.so im thinking to send the gpu directly to distri for faster action..hopefully.

then call the dealer see where the main distributer is or ask if any is near ur area
see if they come ur house or u have to post it there
wait 2-3 week get new item
