Also I realise friends' N95 and from demo videos (eg. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XHtoFjnv4U) , that startup time gets slower and slower.

I'm guessing since many relate this phone to computer, that the more rubbish we put into the phone, the slower it gets. Or could it be trojans/spyware, etc..... causing the slowdown?

So far, my new phone startup very fast less than 10 seconds.

After 'connection', choose the type of connection you are using for wifi eg. maxis 3g, maxis gprs, etc.. Then under each, look for menu option which abbreviates to APN eg. Access point name, blank its setting out. Tat's it

That menu is not correct.

I couldnt see APN option too for firmware 1xxx and 2xxx.

Can't remember exactly...... After 'connection', choose the type of connection you are using for wifi eg. maxis 3g, maxis gprs, etc.. Then under each, look for menu option which abbreviates to APN eg. Access point network, blank its setting out. Tat's it

Hmm mine have APN, Maxis postpaid. I think it's SIM card related, cause when I choose this option, it saiz "reading content from sim card" and then if deactivate it need to enter PIN2... hmm.gif

The APN control option only available to the maxis 3G sim card user only.

For who has the maxis 3G sim card, you must deactivated the APN restrition before you can use the data service for web browsing or MMS.

For deactivation it need the PIN 2 code :1234 .

if you cant disable the APN option using n95, use your simcard on other nokia phone like n76 to disable it first..
