After calling multiple times to Exsim HQ trying to figure out some pertaining issues in one of their newly VP projects, I can attest that those employees sitting in the HQ are highly incompetant.

Calling the hotlines will either be left unanswered, or passing you like a ball from one person to another, or even more disgusting tricks is picking up the phone while keep talking with her colleague in Cantonese and ignoring you, or made the hotlines down to prevent you from calling in again... Typical third world country behaviour to push away problems instead of solving problems bangwall.gif

To be qualified as a top tier developer, the customer service has to be improved. Those incompetent staff need to be sacked, or educated.

What is your experience so far with Exsim?

If you ask me will you buy property from Exsim again? No, thank you. Only if you can bear with their lousy staff.

I believe you referring to the recently VP - Nidoz right. I heard that there's a lot of defect in Nidoz and the rectification is on queue basis.. my friends unit will need to wait for a month. And i'm not sure Exsim have after sales customer service department. Well... Malaysia is in between 3rd world and developing side.. hahah. Take a chill pill my friend.

In my experience in buying 3 previous Exsim properties, i considered them as the better ones. Wait till u see those sunway, sp setia, ecoworld, gamuda levels --> these are mid-tier quality. Of course, there are worse, like MahSing, WCT, MCT.

Agreed.

Most of the new projects are more than 1000 units (some as high as 3000 units), Not easy to get all units in perfect condition during hand-over. Unlike desa park city, you pay for the premium for high-end product with lower density.

I believe PArkcity is a good developer, looking at all the fave reviews. However, i bought those for investment years ago. and now, its not a good timing to get these properties for investment. Unless, there is a steep correction in prices.
