I believe you referring to the recently VP - Nidoz right. I heard that there's a lot of defect in Nidoz and the rectification is on queue basis.. my friends unit will need to wait for a month. And i'm not sure Exsim have after sales customer service department. Well... Malaysia is in between 3rd world and developing side.. hahah.
