 She's here and right on schedule. Meet Victoria, Sony Ericsson's latest candybar to wear the Cyber-shot crown. Officially unveiled as the K770, the 14-mm thin cameraphone features a 3.2 megapixel, autofocus camera with LED photo light, and 1.9-inch QVGA display just like we heard. It ships with a 256MB M2 card and goes tri-band GSM with 2100MHz UMTS 3G for Europe. She's expected sometime around Q4 for an undisclosed price. Source More Picture Gallery |

For now xenon or not i dun care.. As long as no more weird keypad is most important now..
 and i notice sumthing.. everything is exactly the same as K550 juz that the design alone changed with 3G function now.. |

Predicted price same as K550.. Since 3.2mp is so comman now they couldn't put high price.. its also coz k800 and k810 is out and K850 coming out soon as well so high price will kill this model..

T650 and K770... even loudspeaker and lens located at the same spot. hmm... u see, K750 same as W800 K550 same as W610 K530 same as W660 S500 same as W580 S600 same as W550 Z710 same as W710 Z530 same as W300 now K770 same as T650 *same as* doesnt mean exactly the same, but you got the idea... functions are quite similar to all SE phones, just 3.2mp AF, no xenon >.< I better get one k800 if its more exp than it. though no joystick the design kinda wierd for me.

IMO...those phones spec may higher than branded phone's spec..but the features, software design wasn't as good as branded..
Most important thing, reliability... NK, SE they have spent several m/billion dollars on R&D.. |

its coming out in november i think, its said in gsmarena, coming out in nov in asia. hope it 'll be out, i'm kinda eying on this phone. since i wanted k800, but not the joystick, this fits perfectly.

yeah, if its xenon this is surely an ideal phone. But i'm laying eyes on this phone, even though there is no xenon, LED will just do =) just hope the price is not too high, if its too high I rather get a n73.

thats a good thing xD SE oways make good phones with flaws, like k800, THE friggin JOYSTICK spoils all. =) same goes to k810 and now k770 is out w/o joystick, it doesnt have xenon. how smart are u SE?

nah, i'm used to those keypads, i'm using 6280 which has the same center. lol. well, similar. =) I dont mind LED, who cares of xenon as long its AF and 3.2 xD

The sound played by the speaker module should be around the same quality, cant expect too much from the speakers tho..

Just released = price is high usually but i dont think it will ever be cheaper than k810. just tak a look at the w880 it it more expensive than the k810. also i will buy this one instead of the k810 since i dont want a bulky phone and the k770 doesnt have a joystick. it might take slighty worse pics than the k810 but the smaller size and no joystick wins over picture quality for me. |

It wont be cheaper coz its a newer phone than K810 ma..
And how can you compare W880 and K810.. its a different series with different specs.. it might take slighty worse pics than the k810 but the smaller size and no joystick wins over picture quality for me. you should wait for people to own ait and review it b4 u say that.. AFAIK the 3.2MP would be same quality as K810, it just depends on your skill in photographing, especially getting the right focus. yup, designs comes first, i mean a 3.2 is gd enough, i never used 5mp on my digital cam even though its up to 7.1, i use normally 3.2.
hope the price drops fast =) hope it reaches a steady price like k810, hopefully around 1k. |

depends on the demand, sometimes if high demand it drops fast till a certain price, then its fixed for a long period. hope it reaches a stable pricing like k810. but hopefully lower price since its lacking of xenon. =) wonder can you flash it with xenon xD i'l be perfect.

midland set out =) I saw it in my area's supermarket. um, the price for ap is around rm1099, and midland is just rm100 extra, thats what I saw though. =) hope it helps.

well, specs are ok though, honestly i cant find a decent new phone which has 3.15mp, nokia 5610 is out cos of slide *I hate slides*, same goes to 6500s, hmm... k810 has joysticks, N773 is old and has joystick, so for a reasonable price of below 1k, what else can u complain? =D
definitely cant say wow if u compare to N95 8gb, or k850, but decent midrange phone with nice specs, tis good enough for a phone. design wise, things are small so it's light and compact. |

dont think flash theme is based on screen size, it will adjust. btw, IMHO, I like k770 cos its not a joystick, i need a phone which is OK in photo (I need to take photo) not so laggy, and durable, as many ppl said, k800/k810 joystick will wore off after sometimes, so i dont wanna take the risk as i'm a hardcore phone user, smser, and caller =D

I've had the SE k800i for a year now and had the chance of trying the k770 as a free upgrade but choose not to keep it. First off, the good points of the k770:

thru dealers can go down to 980 at least, in shops, still around 1k. yalo, purple = barney O.o dont like purple, too striking, i like beige, or brown should do. more common colour of a phone.

yup, it seems all SE phones are quite high except k800 (0.5 + ), nokia is lower on this, well, we gotta think of health, its potential to cause brain tumor O.o very scary stuff, so we shouldnt underestimate it.

i want to buy K770i from renee. i PM her and she gave me the price as RM1125 for original set. I wanted the brown unit. i bank in deposit in the morning, afternoon, she sms me says no stock. ok I say i wait. So i waited two weeks now....and today she sms me says ok got stock but price went up to rm1140. Seriously its not the lousy rm15 Im so pissed off about but the principle can someone give me advice what to do if you are in my shoes? thanks |

i just bought my today ^^ the only disadvantage is that the camera doesnt have a stabilizer, so if u move while taking pics, the pic will be blur.

k800/k810 = stabilizer and xenon, Red eye reduction.
k770= slim, new, NO joystick ^^ downside: k800 = too big for me, joystick, kinda old version (if u dont mind) k770 = the casing is a bit lose (not the camera slider), no xenon or R.E. reduction, no stabilizer. |

AP set casing means, same factory out but AP warranty, Ori casing is same factory out with Ori warranty.. Same feel.. unless u buy a fakey la.. then plastic feel lo.. In miri is sell like this la.. dunno other places.. Normally AP set casing is rm 50-80 more cheaper than ori.. |

ngaidi my 6280 died again =.= using my k770 fulltime now lol~ dunno bout casing, i oways buy those 20+ de, and it still sux... =.= some casing not fit, some the keypad not correct =( dunno lah xD best thing is to keep the original casing on ur phone as good as new.

k770i aint a bad fone, i guess u cant complain much u want slim, good camera, good feature, no lag, no bug, xenon flash, etc etc.. dont think can fit it all in a fone unless some specific fone that cost u a bomb.. this is a mid-range fone.. pretty much says it all when it only cost below 1k from ap and alittle above 1k ori.. only thing i dont like the fone is the vid capturing but overall slim + decent camera + nice color and screen thumbs up!

Every phone has its own SAR value rating and if ur not using SE T650.. ur basicly safer than any phone now.. ahaha..

after using the k770i for a month the only thing i dont like is the back cover.. it'll get lose, other than that not much a problem and still feeling good.. gotta love the slim + screen and color

hey guys
i just bought a brown tattooed TIM set. problem is, it comes with pre-installed TIM software and doesnt seem to support flash lite themes. any idea how i remove the TIM software? |

To me, they're different. Also, I would be glad if it's designed to replace K770i. In that way, K770i's price will drop more.
