today i done some reading only found out their "always active" is another meaning that it is a feature your prepaid plan expiry will follow/extend to ur internet plan expiry, well play somemore their app will show the misleading "renews in....days"

i dont know. probably bcz of user experience. speed test shows amazing results. up to 50mbps sometimes hundreds. however, the loading speed is unbearable. it shows 4g and yet it take forever to load. ( maybe forever is a bit too much, but loading time is definitely there). as for youtube, it automatically set to the lowest settings. unifi itself is good my home is using it. but unifi mobile sux much.
