The facilities and environment quite attractive. The layout is practical too. But around RM530psf at equine, is it worth?

Really unjustified RM560/sq at this area and also during pendamic situation why UEM dare to set this kind of pricing? while many new project out there still unsold, abandon or semi dead. Example O2 nearby this project as well

My view is that the layout is practical (some other developments layout the bedroom face corridor, no balcony or no yard, kitchen very small etc), quiet, but walkable to chinese restaurants, near to mrt and aeon (but not walkable), facilities suits young and old (but nothing too fancy). In short, buy if own stay, for investment, there are lots more suitable. |

The scale model is at Aeon Equine. Just walk in, scan and talk to the helpful UEM salesperson there.
They have all the info that you need. Personally I think this project about 10-15% overpriced but good for low entry cost because you only need to pay 5k downpayment. Lack of furnishing as well given the price premium. |
