Drove pass this a few weeks ago. Location is good, near to MEX SK interchange.
Hilltop development is a worry yes, not sure if the soil is stable and proper environment impact evaluation is done. But as a reputable developer UEM Sunrise should be trustworthy. |

The scale model is at Aeon Equine. Just walk in, scan and talk to the helpful UEM salesperson there.
They have all the info that you need. Personally I think this project about 10-15% overpriced but good for low entry cost because you only need to pay 5k downpayment. Lack of furnishing as well given the price premium. |
