I am comparing these two project too. I think Bromelia is more towards Housing area.

Ppl like Bromelia is because it's Freehold Status and it's location is considered much nearer to LDP and SJKC Sin Ming; the cons is strata and 3 years completion only can get house loh
For Topaz, nice is the package, size, Freehold and Individual Title, house ready to collect, just one cons, the location is inner, but it's still a very nice chinese neighbourhood area.
Both have pros and cons, see what you see more importance in your choice of selection only.
